Denise stepped down from Bupa, the global healthcare business, as Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee in 2014. She has worked closely with two first time CEO’s and has a deep understanding of organisational culture, leadership development and executive transition, all within the context of delivering business performance. Having made the transition from executive to NED, Denise supports others who are hoping to do likewise.
