Russell is one of the founders of Mentore. He is a Senior Advisor to both Bain Capital and Credit Suisse with many years of exposure to corporate clients in the UK through his career in the financial services sector with Merrill Lynch, UBS and Credit Suisse. Russell is also a qualified solicitor.
