With four decades of experience leading companies across the consumer products industries, hospitality through complex transformations, Gurveen is a proven organizational design and development leader as well as a strong mentor/coach focusing on talent as the key driver of business growth. She specializes in helping businesses survive and thrive while undergoing deep transformation and has extensive experience leading complex mergers, acquisitions. Her focus areas include Business Transformation and Change Management, Organizational Design and Process Management, Business Partnership, Communication Strategy Facilitation. She is a strong advocate of Diversity and Inclusion and has been a key driver of change in her company in embedding this.
As CHRO at RB, Gurveen has successfully led the global organizational operating model, developed the new structure in line with the RB 2.0 strategy, led change management and integration strategies post the Mead Johnson acquisition. Her role also delivered systemic programs and metrics related to structure & consolidation driving ownership with clear lines of accountability for sustainable growth. Gurveen has deep experience in architecting HR Operating Models in support of the business with her most recent emphasis on building Talent Development and HR Solutions capability driving a digital mindset to data and analytics.

Gurveen holds a post graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from Xavier Labor Institute & School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India and a Bachelors in Philosophy from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University, India.
